We’re aiming to be completely carbon neutral by the end of 2030, meaning our carbon dioxide emissions will be at net zero. Through reducing our carbon footprint by using renewable electricity at our HQ, and incorporating carbon offsets into our business plan, we’re well on our way to reaching this target.
While they might seem wasteful, fabric samples and shade cards are a necessary part of our business, and are a crucial part of picking the perfect textiles for your project. To help reduce the likelihood of them ending up in landfill waste sites, we ask all recipients of our samples to consider sending them back to us for recycling. Once you’re finished with the fabric, we’ll send a pre-paid shipping label so you can post it back to us for disposal or reuse.
We source all our packaging from recyclable polythene suppliers, and we ensure everything is biodegradable in landfill. We also use kraft paper tape, which is recyclable and biodegradable, too.
On average, we spend about 90% of our time indoors, but there’s rarely much thought given to the quality of air we breathe. That’s why we ensure all our products are SCS Indoor Advantage certified, giving you confidence that our range is free from dangerous chemicals or VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
