Environmental Impact
ESD Polyurethane is recyclable and does not emit VOC's or have to go into landfill. Polyurethane is an excellent insulator and when used in buildings, helps reduce the need for heating and air conditioning eg; polyurethane can be used for window mullions as an alternative to aluminium. At the end of its life, polyurethane can be palletised for use in furnaces to generate energy as an alternative to fossil fuels. The longer life cycle of our ESD fabrics is an important environmental consideration because they minimise the cost of the entire fitout over its life by: Reducing the cost of maintaining the fitout. Reducing the cost of early replacement of fabrics. Reducing energy, water, waste and chemical.
